How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process, dispatch and deliver all orders within 4-6 business days of an order being placed.
For larger items such as side tables, the delivery time is 5-7 business days.
We also offer an express delivery service on a number of home fragrance products.
Do you offer shipping outside the UK?
Absolutely! We are thrilled to announce that Chloe Jade Home now offers international shipping to selected EU countries. No matter where you are within these regions, you can enjoy our beautifully crafted home decor and accessories.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for whatever reason. Whether it's the wrong size, or doesn't suit your house, that's not a problem. You have 21 calendar days to return your order from the date you received it.

How do I make a return?
To make a return, please send your item to the following address: Chloe Jade Home, Unit 2 Wolfe Close, Knutsford, Park Gate, Cheshire, WA16 8XJ. Please attach a note containing your order number so we can identity your return.
