We aim to process, dispatch and deliver all orders within 5-7 business days of an order being placed.
Absolutely! We are thrilled to announce that Chloe Jade Home now offers international shipping to selected EU countries. No matter where you are within these regions, you can enjoy our beautifully crafted home decor and accessories.
We accept returns for whatever reason. Whether it’s the wrong size, or doesn’t suit your house, that’s not a problem. You have 21 calendar days to return your order from the date you received it.
Once you reach checkout, there will be a text box on the right which will let you enter the discount code. If you're on mobile, this can be found at the top of the checkout page.
