Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry, we’re here to help.
We do accept returns for whatever reason. Whether it’s the wrong size, or doesn’t suit your house, that’s not a problem. You have 21 calendar days to return your order from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, we please ask that your item or items are:
- In the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us, we do recommend that you take out adequate insurance for any loss or damage that may occur during your return shipping, these shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note we do not insure your return items if damaged during the return shipping you will need to contact your courier to recover your costs for any damage.
If your item has arrived damaged in transit, we will cover your return shipping costs for you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged product. We will then start the returns process.
Please insert your order number and name on a piece of paper and put it in the box with your item. As without this we may not be able to identify the return.

Once item has arrived back with ourselves, we will give it a quick inspection to make sure everything is in order, and then notify you to say we’ve received your item,
Once everything is is approved with us, we will initiate a refund to your payment card (or original method of payment) excluding the initial delivery fees.
The refund is likely to take around 3-5 days to appear on your statement (dependent on your bank).
