How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process, dispatch and deliver all orders within 5-7 business days of an order being placed.
Do you offer shipping outside the UK?
Absolutely! We are thrilled to announce that Chloe Jade Home now offers international shipping to selected EU countries. No matter where you are within these regions, you can enjoy our beautifully crafted home decor and accessories.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for whatever reason. Whether it’s the wrong size, or doesn’t suit your house, that’s not a problem. You have 21 calendar days to return your order from the date you received it.
How do I use a promotional code?
Once you reach checkout, there will be a text box on the right which will let you enter the discount code.

Do you have a showroom or shop?
We currently operate online only. However, we have a showroom currently in the works that will enable you to visit us in person. If you’d like to see more pictures or videos of any of our products, send us a message and we’ll get them over to you!
How do I make a return?
To make a return, please send your item to the following address: Chloe Jade Home, Unit 1 The Warehouse, Ash Street, Northwich, CW9 5LL. Please attach a note containing your order number so we can identity your return.
