*Please note that our current delivery time is around 10 business days. Due to closures in our supply chain over the Christmas and New Year period, all orders will be dispatched starting in January. Delivery Information
All orders are either shipped using DPD which often takes 5-7 business days to reach you. For European deliveries, please allow between 6-9 business days.
All services are tracked. Tracking information will be provided by the courier to the email attached to the order. If you provide a phone number, tracking will also be sent to this too. With the DPD tracking link you will be able to view thee location of your driver on the delivery date, change the delivery date & request a drop off shop collection.
Delivery rates are as follows:
UK Mainland (excluding Northern Ireland):
- £4.99 for all orders (5-7 business days)
- £6.99 for larger items such as side tables (6-8 business days)
Northern Ireland:
- £9.99 for all orders (5-7 business days)
Rep of Ireland:
- £9.99 ( 6-8 business days)
- All tax & duties are included.
- Our maximum order value for EU is currently £135. If you wish to place an order over £135, please place more than one order.
Delivery Terms:
We work closely with our couriers to ensure you receive your items as quick as possible. As our delivery service is outsourced to external couriers (DPD), we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in the time stated at checkout. During busy times e.g Black Friday & Christmas, there may be some slight delays in delivery times, although we will do our very best to ensure this is not the case.
You will receive links from the courier prior to your delivery being attempted, you can use this link do adjust your delivery options, such as changing the date, or providing a safe place.
In the event of a customer inputting the wrong delivery address in to their order, we cannot unfortunately take responsibility for this order being delivered to the wrong address. We will try our best to locate the parcel and attempt to get it redelivered to the correct location. Please also double check your order confirmation email to ensure you have ordered the items you desire. We cannot pay for the return postage if you order the incorrect items by mistake.
