How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business days of the order being placed. The delivery services we use (DPD) then take around 2-3 business days to deliver the order.

Do you offer shipping outside the UK?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside the UK at this time. However, once the time is right, we will be able to offer this service. 

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for whatever reason. Whether it’s the wrong size, or doesn’t suit your house, that’s not a problem. You have 14 calendar days to return your order from the date you received it.

How do I use a promotional code?

Once you reach checkout, there will be a text box on the right which will let you enter the discount code.

I’ve put the wrong information in my order, how do I modify it?

The best way to modify an existing order os to email us at hello@chloejadehome.com. We’ll be happy to help.

How do I get updates regarding new products, offers and discounts?

Do you have a showroom or shop?

We currently operate online only. However, we have a showroom currently in the works that will enable you to visit us in person. If you’d like to see more pictures or videos of any of our products, send us a message and we’ll get them over to you!

How do I make a return?

To make a return, please send your item to the following address: Chloe Jade Home, Unit 1 The Warehouse, Ash Street, Northwich, CW9 5LL. Please attach a note containing your order number so we can identity your return.
